KNY Limo is a Manhattan-based luxury transportation company with a Hamptons specialty. It was paying for Google Ads — but getting no signal back from the spend.
The challenge
A prior campaign had spent real budget and recorded zero conversions, because there was no conversion tracking in place. Spend with no measurement means no learning: the account couldn't tell which clicks became customers. On top of that, KNY didn't rank for its core Hamptons terms, and the site carried 34 technical SEO issues.
What we did
- Built first-party conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager + Consent Mode v2) with a lead event on the quote form, so spend can finally produce signal.
- Built a season-aware paid-search program — dedicated Hamptons and New Jersey summer campaigns with tight radius targeting around the routes and airports that matter.
- Rebuilt the SEO foundation: fixed titles and structured data, expanded the sitemap, and corrected the fleet listing.
- Cut the largest images by over 90% and replaced the default favicon with a proper brand mark.
The results
- Measurement built to end the blind spend — leads are wired to register as conversions once the account switches it on.
- A season-aware campaign, import-ready — two campaigns and 13 ad groups targeted to the Hamptons and NJ summer demand.
- A stronger site — SEO grade lifted from C+ toward an A-, and the hero image cut by more than 90%.
